Waste is considered hazardous when its composition, quantity and properties constitute a risk to human health and the environment; when it has one or more characteristics that define it as hazardous; when it contains components that make it hazardous waste; or when it is specified as such by the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal.

Wasteis also classified as hazardous in the cases when it corresponds to one or more of the conditions of Regulation № 3/01.04.2004 for classification of hazardous waste of the Ministry of Environment and Water and the Ministry of Health.

Holders  of waste  shall  provide  the  said waste  for  collection,  transport,  recovery  or disposal to persons empowered to carry out the relevant operations, or shall recover or dispose of the said waste themselves in accordance with the Bulgarian and European legislation.

The codes of the hazardous waste Da Trans LTD is currently operating with are stated in the License of the company. For waste that is not featured in our License, we make preliminary analysis and then we can add it in the 14-day period defined by the law.
